The team behind the Father-Inclusion Hub are experienced social sciences researchers and professionals services staff based at the University of Lincoln in the East Midlands of the UK.
Anna is a Professor of Sociology and Director of the Centre for Innovation in Fatherhood Research (CFFR) at the University of Lincoln and Chair of Trustees for the North East Young Dads and Lads. She secured a UKRI Future Leaders Fellowship award in Jan 2020 to lead a major research study called ‘Following Young Fathers Further’ (FYFF, 2020-27, £1.7 million). Building on the foundations of this research CFFR aims to advance knowledge and expertise in family research and associated fields with a view to influencing academic, policy, and practice agendas both locally, nationally and globally.
Linzi is a Research Fellow in Family Research. She has a PhD in Sociology and Social Policy. She interested in young parenthood, youth transitions, housing and family life. Linzi enjoys researching collaboratively and has expertise in qualitative longitudinal research, creative and participatory methods.
Emily is a social sciences researcher with interests in gender, masculinities, sexual behaviour, sex education, consent and young people. Before becoming a Research Assistant, she previously held roles in the charity sector, helping an education charity, the National Governance Association, to develop its Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) guidelines, and collaborating with the Sex Education Forum on their evidence briefing.
Rosanna is the Centre Officer in the team providing communications, budget management and event management support for the Following Young Fathers Further project and Centre for Innovation in Fatherhood and Family Research. She has a background in events management, having previously worked across Higher Education and the VCFSE and private sectors. Rosanna is passionate about community-based work and working collaboratively to create change.
